Bouteille 650ml. De couleur dorée-orange et voilée. Nez fruité (citron, notes de bananes vertes), léger de blé sûr,avec des notes de céréales. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture aux notes aqueuses. Goût fruité légèrement sûr (citron, traces de bananes et de pommes) avec de faibles traces épicées (poivre) lors l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un goût de grains de céréales avec des notes de blé sûr puis en finale l’on retrouve de faibles notes de houblon herbeux. Post-goût court, composé de notes fruitées sûres (agrumes, surtout de citron) avec des traces de houblon.

Bottle my sister had for at least a year. Hazy blonde with a thin white head. A sweet perfumey malt but with faint memories of bananas in its glorious past. In mouht, a decent quaffer, with light sweet bubblegum notes, lactic points, but again, showing its venerable age.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark brown colored beer with a medium brown head with limited retention – appearance seems to be deceiving as I was expecting a more light color beer... Aroma of banana and spice (cloves) with some very limited wheat. Taste is quite enjoyable with again the banana and spices mixing well together. Overall, nice non-traditional german wheat beer.

A very fruity nose of lemons, bananas, grapefruity nose. Smooth mouth, mildly sour with hints of lemon and grapefruit. However, the finish was a little unbalanced, giving a slightly acidic sharpness combined with a lemon dryness.

Light caramel colour and only a little haze. Fruity, bubblegummy nose with light lemon. Tart and wheaty, hints of cherries.
