Real Canadian maple syrup is used to accent this medium bodied cream ale. This beer is unfiltered to ensure that the delicate flavours and aromas of the maple persist long after the sweetness has been fermented away.
Admin Note: This version contained maple syrup which following versions do not - eventually resulting in a name change to Slipstream.

Maple accented with a mildly bitter finish. Like some of the other brews, less than exciting IMO

Malty sweet nose with a little bit maple finished of with hops. Orange amber, no head, some yeast floating around. Taste is kind of bland and anonymous. Lightbodied.

Hazy reddish amber colour. Slight mapley aroma with hints of sweat and a bit of malt. Crackerlike palate, with a bit of toasty malt. Simple character.
