A classic from our storied 2007 Imperial Beer Series, Peaches and Cream is a real Joe Short original, showcasing his desire to push the boundaries of what beer could be in a time when “dessert beers” weren’t actually a thing. There is a wacky amount of fresh peach and milk sugar in this brew, and boy howdy does it taste like dessert in a glass. You’ll be pleased as a peach with this treat.

Bottle, undated, shared by Brian on 11/28/15. Mostly clear apricot peach orange color. Light beige head quickly fades to cover. Peach and marshmallows in the nose. Again, like the strawberry, they do a heavy fruit character but such little beer and very little balance. Very spoiled peach-like.
Ouch. Punishingly sweet. Yikes. If these were my intro to the brewery id never come back. Awful, sugary, cloying.

12 oz. can shared by Willrunforbeer. Orange like color with moderate carbonation level. Aroma is nice mild peach with apricot.
Flavor is like peach syrup for canned peaches with traces of sugar. Hints of peach jam. Body is thin with a bit of malt. Yeah, it’s like peach syrup with a nice carbonation level.

12oz bottle from WillRun. orange / peach color. The aroma...more apricot than peach. very weak aroma. Well, the taste is certainly peach. not sure about the lactose. Extra boozy for what it is and honestly has this fake peach flavoring to it.

12 ounce bottle from jtclockwork. Thanks! This beer’s 200th rating! I’ve been wanting to try this for some time. Pours a hazy orange color with a thin frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of sweet and tart peaches and toasted malts. The taste is sweet peaches, faint toasted malts and the lactose really comes through. Medium bodied, and delivers exactly as promised. Cool!

Bottle 750ml @ My parents
Pours cloudy deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, peaches, alcohol and milk. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm and peachy finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle from clownoisseur poured into a white wine glass. Pours deep golden white medium off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt with a hint of peaches, thick body, low carbonation, syrupy texture, and pretty thin small bubble lacing. Taste is caramel malt with undertones of peach and whip cream with bitter hop and hints of astringency finish. Expected more, more peaches please, and no astringency.

Bottle. Pours clear orange with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is totally peachy - like canned or cooked peaches, some honey as well. Flavor is medium plus sweet, a surprising amount of zesty bitterness, perhaps from the skins. Light body, super creamy mouthfeel, a bit harsh on the finish. Definitely shows its abv, drinking almost like a peach liquer. Very interesting beer, would be better without that harshness.

Pours cloudy golden with a medium sized off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of rich sweet malts and fruity. Flavors of sweet malts, peaches, sugar, with a bitter citrus finish

Bottle shared by Ramy at tasting at my house. Pours orange with off white head that quickly dissipates. Nose and taste is super fresh peach, peach pit, peach jelly and milk and candy sugar. Medium body. Soft carbonation.
