355 ml. bottle poured in to a tulip. Lovely orange colour with dense, off-whte head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, spices, sweet fruits - oranges and apricot. Grass and citrus hops. Rich malts and a hint of alcohol. Taste is sweet. Medium body, average carbonation. Finishes bitter with citrus hops, pepper, yeasts and sweet fruits and spices. Interesting fusion of Belgian and American styles. Nice one.

Flaska från SB. Mörkt gyllenfärgad, klar vätska, vitt medelhögt skum som lämnar mycket rester på glaset. Typisk trippeldoft med skumgodis, jäst, mogna äpplen, marsipan och en liten antydan till nyskördad hö. Smaken är beskare än man väntar sig och här märks humlen mycket mer, men främst i form av en stram ren beska som balanserar ölet fint. Lite åt Chimay-vithållet men några snäpp beskare. riktigt gott och främst då doften som är fantastisk, särskilt när temperaturen stigit lite.

Pours golden amber with a large head.Nose shows spicy, piny hops, spicy Belgian phenols, mineral characters, some light fruit-like esters and clean sweet malt.Aggressive flavours. Spicy, piny hops, Belgian phenols, a little light malt and soft booze.Carbonation could be a bit higher.

From a 355ml bottle on 26/3/2013. Pours a slightly cloudy golden with a medium head. Has a pleasant light fruity aroma with a touch of Belgian yeast. The flavour is primarily sweet citrus fruit, some light spice and a big, slightly tangy, sour, lingering hop finish. The body is full and the carbonation is relatively lively. A beautifully balanced brew, which gets better and better as it warms.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with a thick frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is citrus and honey. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet malt and light fruit flavor with nice light spice finish.
