Bottle. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a thin white head. Floral spicy Belgian aromas as expected. The taste is somewhat light (considering the ABV @ 9.2 and the Belgian yeasts). Bitter grasssy hops and spicy belgian yeast make this one quite an interesting beer. Really Nice!

Bottle. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of lemongrass, pine, light resin, peach, spicy hops and sweet malt. Well balanced marriage between the two styles. Medium body. Finishes slightly resinous with sweet candy malt.

65 cl bottle @ Oluthuone Esplanadi. Rated on 10.07.2010
Aroma is somewhat sweet with citrus, floral and yeasty notes. Flavour is fruity with some American hops, citrus and some spices. Not your typical tripel, but a good one anyway. 8-4-7-3-37

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a trappist glass. Pours clear amber with medium fluffy white head which dissapates quickly. Medium small bubble lacing, medium carbonation, and caramel aroma. Taste is caramel malt, herbal hops, finishes with a hint of bitter hops. The marriage of an IPA and tripel. A little more IPA than tripel, not a fan.

Bottled, from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Herbal nose with plenty of grapefruit. Dryish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citrusy with notes of marzipan, hugely bitter finish. More slender and drinkable than anticipated for a beer of this size.

355ml bottle from Alko. Bbe 08/2014. Hazy orange, thick lasting white head. Citrusy, yeasty spicy, dried apricots aroma. Flavor is hoppy, citrus fruits, grape, dried fruits, grain, very dry and bitter finish, mouthdrying. Alcohol warmth. Peach notes kicking in later on. Interesting, very tasty brew. Full bodied.

355ml bottle from Alko Arkadia

Pours dark golden orange with a foamy head. Aroma of citrusy hops, spices, hints of ripe fruits and malts. Taste is quite hoppy and spicy with some malty notes, hints of citrus, yeast and ripe fruits. Finish is sweetish with fruity hoppy notes, hints of spices and citrus. Leaves a nice bitter and hoppy feeling to the mouth for a long time. Quite complex and tasty IPA/tripel hybrid. Nice.

(Bottle, Akkurat, Stockholm, 3 Oct 2012) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of peaches, dried fruit and hints of yeast. Malty, fruity taste with dried fruit, peaches, spicy hints of yeast and a touch of alcohol in a finish with a generous, spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Quite complex and tasty. Very nice.
