8 July 2020. Random Wednesday Tasting; cheers to Anke & Tim! Hazy yellow with a huge, frothy, white head. Aroma of yellow nectarine, peach, unripe mandarin, sourdough, lemongrass, passionfruit. Taste has sour unripe mandarin, passionfruit & sweetish peach & pineapple, lemony-wheaty edge over a sourdough-like, bready maltiness. Tart, yellow fruity finish, tropical yet acidic. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Very fresh & refreshing, well done.

Can from Etrte Gourmete. Cloudy/milky pale yellow with a small white head. Citrussy fruity scents of lemon and pineapple. Slightly sour, highly drinkable, refreshing and fruity with a domination of lemons in all forms. Nice

33cl can, BB 18/3/2021 @ home thanks to LaSource Covid hom delivery.
