Bottle at the "Colin and the Vikings tasting, Goteborg". Poured a hazy light pear colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light yeast, light fruit. The flavour is light bitter/sour with a neutral veggie grainy palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Cant say I enjoyed this too much. Not a great example of the style imvho.

Bottle courtesy of Ekstedt. Pours tiny hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is grainy and slightly yeasty with crackers, dusty grains, dry soil, hay, white pepper corns and hints of lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour and slightly bitter with crackers, cereal, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, lemon zest, ginger and hints of sour milk. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart and light bodied. finish is sour and tiny bitter with crackers, lemon juice, unflavoured yoghurt, hay, dry soil and pepper corns. Quite drinkable…

Bottle shared @ weekly tasting. Clear a bit pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, some fruityness, a touch of white wine, some yeast and perhaps even a touch of hops. Pretty balanced, quite fresh, slick texture, suitable carbonation. Nice one.

Bottle thanks to Matteo. It pours cloudy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, wheat, spice, apple, pear, melon and barnyard. The taste is crisp, earthy, dough, candy, apple, pear, light spice and must with a dry finish. Faint tartness. Medium body and average carbonation. Ok.

Good, bit fluffy, just off-white head, fed by fine carbonated clear golden beer. Dry-spicy nose. Pale malts with some fine hops. Spicy, very much so. As well as some lemony citrus. Bonedry, but lively, spritzy carbonation. Finish is pure fine citrus, as if added. Light to maybe medium body (seems well-attenuated); slight slickness; long dry aftertaste. Excellent. Same as...?
