Keg at the Evening Star, Brighton. It pours slightly hazy straw yellow, with a thick, fluffy white head. The nose is wheat, soap, spice, farmyard and herbs. The taste is wheat, sweet malt, Belgian yeast, touch of spice, citrus and herbs, with a dry finish. Medium body, velvety mouth-feel and lively, but soft carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle @ home. Slightly cloudy pale yellow color, decent 2cm white head. Smell fruity, yeast, wheat. Tastes like a sweet pilsener almost. Donβt know how to explain another way. Nice carbo that suits the 6.8%ABV. Medium body.

Bottled as Blond Bitch Beer. Looks nice (yellow, semi hazy) and smells fresh of citrus. Tastes watery with a strange alcoholic note.

(bottle, 33cl, as De Graal Triverius, 6.8% abv) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy white head. Yeasty, wheaty, mildly citrus-fruity aroma with notes of banana and coriander. Slightly sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, rather light bodied with a lively carbonation. Citric and wheaty taste with grainy and mildly spicy notes; sweet and slightly citric finish with a delicate touch of coriander. 09.VI.11
