Super Pale, Flaked Maize & Wheat make up the grist. We whirlpooled with Citra & Idaho-7, fermented with London Fog Yeast and then extensively dry-hopped with Denali, Idaho-7 & Nelson Sauvin.

Burk från Mikkeller. Guldisig med vit krona. Fruktigt och humlejuicigt så det förslår. Massor av ananas, mango, aprikos, lätt lökiga toner och granskott. Stor och fyllig med en härligt juicig punch. Bra tryck i smaken med fin alkoholsötma som bär upp. Inte heller den minsta humlebränna. Mycket gott detta!

440ml can. Murky orange with a big off-white head. Aroma of fruity, dank and spicy hops. Taste of tropical fruits, dank spicy hops, pineapple, mango, grape, pine, malts, light sweet and pithy bitterness. Medium-full bodied, thick mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Excellent.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Can. Turner’s, Sheffield. Pale gold. Fully hazy. Thin and leggy, white head. Nose has pineapple and grapefruit. Milky grain. Pulped citrus. Some summer berry fruits. Taste is sweet and milky, with a soft, pithy bitterness. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Slightly oily. Ripe citrus bitterness to finish.

Tap @ Mikkeller Aarhus, 8%. Hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, fruit peel, notes of grapes and a little orange. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, orange, fruit peel, sweet, peach, little grape, little grapefruit and bitter.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours hazy goldnwith a tight, creamy white head. Good and dank, supported by rich bready pale malts, some booze, ripe tropical fruits, mango and papaya in particular. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carboantion. Dank finish, some urine, sweat, more ripe tropical fruit, mango, pear, tangerine, mellow rindy bitterness. Hearty sauce. I like it.

Can sourced from Mikkeller & Friends Bottleshop, shared with the Mrs - hazy golden pour with a white head. Intense juicy tropical fruity assault of tangerine, mango, grapefruit, medium body, smooth mouthfeel, resonating piney dank edged hoppy into the finish. Solid.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; hazy golden yellow pour with a bubbly off white head, aroma has pine and grapefruit, taste has passion fruit, pine, pithy orange juice, grapefruit, smooth malts.

Keg at HL3, 14/09/18. Murky pineapple juice yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is dank hop shizzle, pine resin, ripe tropical fruits, skunky twang, grapefruit, bitter orange. Taste comprises orange pith, weed, tarte Um Bongo rip, pine resin, dextrose, over ripe tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close layered with skunky hop bitterness. Solid DIPA ... proper bitter shit ... none of that overly sweet nonsense that let's down a god DIPA.
