An overactive, off-white head with solid lacing and retention over a dark amber body. The nose features zesty citrus hops and sweet caramel malt. The taste profile has more of the same - fresh hop profile with lemon, orange and other citrus notes. Pine resin and a little orange rind add bite to the finish. Sweet, almost buttery malt and herbaceous notes round out a very solid east coaster

Bronze pour, with a small off white head. Aromas of dark matls, caramel, wood, and bitter grass. Flavor is quite bitter, and a little off putting. Grassy bitter finish with some light pine.

From a 341 ml bottle shared at home. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of grass and orange with a prominent malt presence. Bitter finish.

Cloudy deep copper with a two finger cream coloured head that fades slowly. Nose is light roasted malts with pine and some fruit. Light toffee fronting a quite bitter middle and finish with no dominant contributing factor but made up of pine, grapefruit, grass and some flowery hops that ends up being quite muddled. Medium oily mouth with average carbonation and a dry finish. Odd.

6.5% Interdite 90 minutes on tap at the brewery. It is a lovely copper gold, the aroma is funky toe jam, fruity and piney. The taste has a solid malt backbone more toe jam, clean sharp bitter pine boughs and some light fruitiness. Hopped every 1 minute for 90 minutes, I was expecting more after I heard this was inspired by the Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA. Just OK.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, full sized creamy off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is quite sweetish, lightly alcoholic and it reminds me more of a mix between a barley wine and a quadrupel. Weird. Taste is malts, lightly floral, again sweetish flavours but very bitter in the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. A bit disappointing to be honest.

L’arrière-goût me laisse passablement indifférent.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Citrus, Blumen. Geschmack sehr malzig, fruchtig herb, leicht nach Kräutern.

341 ml. bottle sampled @ Delirium Cave. Pours a dark toffee amber with a creamy, solid off-white head. Nose is grapefruit, pine, mandarin, fruity, USA style hops, touch sweeter than usual. Taste is toffee, sweetish herbs, malty sweet, candy sugar, caramel with bitter grass & hebrs, long bitter floral & grass finish. Not the best, not entirely there but very enjoyable IPA never the less. Thicker candy sugar body.
