[ As Heil Heisser Apfelwein ].Clear medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, spicy, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, apple pie, apple cake, spicy, cinnamon. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20160820]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear pale golden color, no head. Aroma is sweet apple, light cinnamon, honey. Taste is again sweet apple, cinnamon or nutmeg, sweet, apple pie, honey. Perhaps a bit too sweet, a bit too much cinnamon as well, but overall not that bad.

Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - Almost clear yellow pour with tiny white head. Aroma and taste is Apple prominence with some notes of spices, nice crimbo Apple winter warmer. Novel.
