Bottle at home over Sunday dinner. It looked good in the tankard, but beyond that it was another bitter, but with a malty sweetness to the flavour that left me uncertain. I wanted more bitterness, but maybe that was because I was drinking it with roast chicken when you need something to cut through the natural fattiness. Having a cold doesn't particularly help, but I did crave more bitterness. The mouthfeel was good though. Re-rate - Cask at the Harp. A dark brown colour in the glass and the typical soapy and big bubbled head of a proper English bitter. The taste was well balanced malt and bitter hops and the mouthfeel was good. A classic "hairy chested" bitter and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bottle and cask versions are VERY different.

Cask draft at the Hoop & Toy. Medium amber pour with small creamy beige head Aroma hints at sweet malts, which is the case for the flavor. Sweet malt, caramel, butterscotch, toffee. Kind of light weight, but not too bad.

Cask pint in The Paxton, West Norwood, London on 19th Nov 2016. Amber in colour with a decent sized off-white head that hung around. Malt led brew with an earthy, nutty and woody feel to both the nose and semi-bitter, semi-sweet taste. Old School beer and I liked it, good hop balance too.
