Hazy white golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, honey, white pepper and bread. Light sour flavour, malts, light diacetyl. Finish butter and light honey.
Nice, but (still) quite rough.

Draft. Hazy pale yellow color, large fluffy whitebhead, champagne bubbles. Aroma of earthy, musty fruit. Taste is lemon, straw, white pepper, hi carbonation. Interesting.

Tap at WoSF, 2013. Lambic with mead?! It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The nose is earth, dough, smoked cheese, wood, faint sweetness and light mouldiness. The taste is fresh green apple, bread, zippy lemon, tangy fruits, white grape skin, light bitterness and floral notes with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh, zippy, well-balanced and very drinkable. Interesting and rather tasty.

Draft @ WoSF 2013. Mead the lambiek? Quite hazy golden with shockingly super-solid small white lambik head which never seems to go away. Nose is tart musty, light sticky honey, apples, nice funk, almost reminds me of 3F, flowers,… Taste is tart bark, hay, white grape skins, white pepper, some sticky honey, flowers, finish is quite strongly bitter – in a relative – very young & bitter Girardin lambiek was used apparently, bitter almost floral hops in the back. Body is touch sticky, fuller & thin almost lively carbonation. Interesting.
