Meet, Bliss, our Session India Pale Lager (SIPL). Clocking in at 4%, this is the smaller sibling of Fuzzy Bubbles. Brewed with Czech Lager yeast, as well as a unique blend of American hops that we will surely make use of again. After approximately 8 weeks of lagering at 0C, this beer is hugely juicy, fruity, soft and smooth, yet crisp and effervescent. Extremely clean, coupled with a low ABV, this is one crushable and flavorful lager.

Clear pale gold with a rich white head. Light dank and weed with a pleasant citrus. Biscuit and citrus with some dank notes. Bone dry. Quite nice.

Can, 473 ml, savoured on 14 December 2018; eye: straw with a milky hue, cloudy, no effervescence, no head, no lacing; nose: tropical fruits, citric fruits, fusel, light caramel, grapefruit; mouth: tropical fruits, citric fruits, fusel, light caramel, grapefruit, light lemon, semi-dry finale in light tangerine with presence of lemon, light body, good carbonation, mild bitterness, slightly sweet, slick texture; overall: correct

Can: Poured a pale yellow color lager with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hops undertones of citrus and light mango notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a refreshing mix of floral hoppy undertones with some citrusy notes and some mango notes with a fresh finish with light cereal notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Super tasty for low ABV lager.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, tart lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid notes, resinous floral hops, very nice. Can at Pushkinwows Xmas 2018 gathering.
