Can@Mathews tasting. Pours hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is spruce, pine and bitter grapefruit with hints of lemon. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is milky with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of banana, pineapple, vanilla custard, coconut and alcohol. Rather unbalanced. Aroma is too bitter and taste is not fruity enough for a NEIPA (IMHO)
