Bottle shared. No gusher. Clear golden with very small white head. Lots of citrus peel, kumquats, tangerine, flowery, dry oak, deep funk. Quite sour, light sweer and oaky tannins. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A bit rough, but interesting and drinkeable, unlike the wasabi version. Fair.

First ever lambic gusher. Pours dark hazy orange. Foam has 0 lifespan. Smell is herbal, twigs, mild orange like fruityness. Taste is likewise. Very acidic, médium acetic. Intense on the herbal, twig side with mild orange like fruityness. Médium carbonation. OK. But not what I expect of a beer priced 2-3 times as much as the best examples within the style.

SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Clear yellowish beer, big fizzy aery white head, unstable, dissipates immediately. Aroma: pretty ba, very rubbery, weird, bitter impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lemony, dry, mouth puckering, lemon juice, little bitter, some orange peel. Aftertaste: pretty dry, orange peel, some tannins, bitter notes, good but not great.
