The All United Pale Ale (AUPA) represents a prideful bunch – quality pale ales and the people of the Basque Country. The AUPA Pale Ale showcases lemony citrus underscored by notes of earth and artisanal bread due to dry-hopping with Columbus and Cascade. Aupa is a common greeting or cheers in Basque.

Cam shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear hold with a creamy, white head. Nice citrusy hope, pale bread, floral hops, pine needles, orange peel. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Floral finish, a touch soapy, more citrusy notes. Not bad.
