More Magnificent Mullets are on their way, maybe even more Magnificent than the last! We wanted to celebrate those who have donned one of the great hairdos of yesteryear, and what better way than infusing various fruits into a delicious Sour Ale. The flavour is short and tart up front, but long and Strawberry-y at the back.

330ml can into glass. At Element Bar, Coffs Harbour. Pours golden amber with a small creamy head and light carbonation. Nose is sour with hints of strawberry, quite restrained. Light, refreshing, super drinkable. Finish is light strawberry yoghurt. Hard not to drink it all in one go!

Pours amber with a small head.Nose shows strawberry, soft clean malt and a hint of lemon.Flavours include more strawberry and a bit of tartness, a bit of fruit confectionery, not too much else. Refreshing though.

Another quarantinny from Carwyn Cellar. Pale golden. Some funk on nose and possibly some strawberry. Medium sourness. Lacto with just a little fruitiness. Would be nice palate opener on a warm day (which it is not in Melbourne this Autumn day).

Can. Murky gold with a brief white head. 3- Aroma of wheat cracker funk, some lemon, jammy strawberries. Never been a great fan of strawberries in beer - they lack much punch. Here they work as an accent to the moderately sour lacto funk. There's a little twigginess to the end and some spicy bitterness. A bit of a tentative mullet this one. Refreshing though.
