First brewed in 1896, for those who know how to appreciate the best of Britain’s distinctive beers. Unicorn Copper is light & refreshing with a full bodied flavour of rich hops & malt, a long dry finish with hints of fruity citrus.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, vörös szín. Karamelles, amber ale-s illat. Karamelles, komlós, fűszeres, kissé amber ale-s ízvilág. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen kesernyés.

Bottle from Morrisons, Harwich. Poured a clear hazy amber with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry crisp woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle from M&S Stratford and drunk at home. Clear amber colour lasting beige head. A little Robinson’s house yeast aroma and flavour. Some caramel. Some hop on the finish. It’s a golden bitter. Decent except the pasteurised aroma.

Cask at the Free Press, Cambridge. Tawny brown, clear with a small amount of clumpy white head. Caramel, orange peel and some spice in the aroma. Bittersweet taste with a bitter-sour bite at the end. Chalky texture. It’s not bad actually but fails to get me all that excited.
