Bottled. Golden, a bit reddish, small white head. Slightly sour fruity aroma. Fruity, peach-like flavor, decently sour, so good one! Peach flavors in the aftertaste.

Bottled. It had a Guinness Crown cork. Cloudy, orange-colored gueuze with some white bubbles on the top. Apples, hay and wheat in the aroma. Flavor is quite tart and citric, and mostly apples. Thin, astringent mouthfeel. A decent beer, but it could use a bit more sting. (060616)

Bottle. Orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast,citric, fruity green apples. Flavour is citric, fruity apples.

375 ml bottle. Hazy orange, pale color. Discreet white head. Acid, fruity aroma. Nice refreshing and sour body. Not particular complex for a Gueuze and also a bit too sweet aftertaste. No matter how, a fresh well tasting beginner beer as an introduction for the wonderful world of sexy beers in the ambic family.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Beautiful dark golden, typically flat with almost no head. Strong vinegary tartness and absolutely no single trace of sweetness. Very refreshing - in small quantities. 050498

Hazy orange body. White, fizzy head, no lace and mostly diminishing. Citric sour aroma. I didn’t expected a great beer, but my prejudices were in vain. This is not the top of the gueuzes, but sweet, acidic flavour did please me. Although the components of a goud flvour are present, the flavour is not fully well-balanced. But, thanks to Timmermans for this wonderful beer I drank this evening.

Hazy light orange color, medium white head. Aroma is light horseblanket like a gueuze and spicy flowery like a blonde beer. Sweet and sour taste, bit watery for a gueuze. Easy to drink, but for a gueuze it is not that good.

Hazy golden-orange. Lemony, slightly chalky aroma. Milky/lemony flavours. Dry finish. Slight toasty note. Different gueuze...not bad.

The aroma is slightly sweet, but mostly sour. The color is an unclear dark yellow, and it has a fine head. The flavor is dry, woody, and slightly sour. The flavor is somewhat weird. Definatly not the best geueze I've had.
