Taster at Ammutson shared by Sander, big thanks. Amber murky color, no head. Smells beery notes, apple, pears, stone fruits, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes berry notes, apples, pears, grassy, very light Funk, some tannins, some red grapes. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, pears and berry notes. Very nice one, very elegant, very berry forward, Usually Cider is not my thing, but this is different. Overall very very nice 8,4,8,4,17

Clear dark orange beer, small to no head. Aroma: lots of raspberry jam, fruity, pear juice, apple skin. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, lots of raspberry jam, sweet touch, pretty acidic, apple skin, bitter touch, nice! Aftertaste: more raspberry, fruity, bit juicy, some jam, apple juice, more of that raspberry jam. Nice!

Grzeczne, wchuj owocowe, profil owocowosci mega ciekawy. Nie cakiem wytrawne, jest tez sianowata dzikosc. Pyszne piwo. Lekkie bardzo, chlalne. I tak, fajniejsze niz pastry sour. Magnum, jak milo

Flaska från Antidoot. 2020. Orangerosa med vit krona. Funk, stall, druvstjälkar, druvkärnor, fat, snäll kryddighet, tanniner, mustiga äppeltoner, ek, rödvin. Röda bär. Päron, äppelkart. Fin doft, något snällare och mer stram i smaken.

Pours clear, peachy amber, small white ring of foam. Smell is very full, complex, raspberry, apple (skins) very natural. Funky. very nice! Taste is full, dry, appleskins, touch of raspberry. Tart, wild yeasts and bacteria play their game well. Nice touch of pear at the end.
