Bxlbeerfest. Pours amber pinkish hue. Aroma is oaky, sour. Flavor is sour, sweet, fruity. Overall: ok.

8 3 7 3 16 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma of tart grapes, vinous notes, funk and oak. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

[backlog] 05-05-16 / sample at Cantillon Quintessence 2016. Paired with serrano. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. Bottle sample @ Quintessence 2016. Léger orangé-ambré, pas de col. Arôme au léger bouquet de vin rouge mais restant assez faiblard, nez de cavé apportant une petite touche poussiéreuse. Palais est léger, blanket, boisé modéré avec un profil Merlot qui n’est pas spécialement très mis en avant. Pointe de funk.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ Quintessence 2016. Reddish amber with no head. Nose is heavy on butter overly so with low red grape. Taste is weird butter with some bitter leaves, low carbonation, little grape, very bitter butter. Meh, least favorite of the Agullons beers tried at Quintessence. Just too much butter. Overal not the biggest fan of Agullons in general.

Wenig karbonisierter Antrunk. Gewürzig, wässrig, Noten von Pfeffer. Leichte Fruchtnoten, mild würzig. Geht so. 7/9/8/8//8

Bottle sampled at Quintessence. Clear rose color with no head. Grape juice, rosebuds, light milky, dried herbs. Under medium sour and bitter. Under medium bodied with no carbonation.

Quintessence 2016. Rusty golden, clear orange, no head, no bubbles. Grapes, wateriness, rusty character, cinnamon. Non sour, soft feel under medium body. No carbonation. Pours rather clear amber. Smell is funky, some oak, some fruityness. Taste is Sharp, fruity, rather dry, some oak. Mild funk. Not really sour.
