GO BIGGER, STAY HOME - The biggest beer we've ever made. Mashing in twice in the same base makes more lots of sugars and the reason this beer is so big! Enjoy this dessert as the perfect closer of a great night. You'll get notes of molasses & dried fruits on top of the classic chocolate & coffee notes.

Pours a very dark brown with a red glow' small, nearly no head. The bubble formation is mocha colored. Scent is full, soy. Roast, mild coffee, slight factor of aged chocolate. Taste is surprisingly sharp, this is nowhere near as sweet as I though it'd be. Sharpness, sometimes even pointing at sour, almost. Coffee, cocoa (pure cocoa). Medium boozyness, low Carbo. Roasty finish. I'd prefer a more sweet version of this, myself.

Brune foncée, col fin retombant vite moka.

Clear dark brown to black beer, big creamy to aery beige head, unstable, non adhesive, dissipates quickly. Aroma: very heavy, nice roast, red wine, woody notes, some tannins, alcohol, very dense, lovely stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of coconut, good roast, nice bitterness, slightly sourish, bit malty, coffee notes, alcohol. Aftertaste: bit sourish, some dried fruits, bit resinous, alcohol.

Draft. A black beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, roasted malt, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry finish
