Draft sample @ ZBF’13 shared with the RB Belgian crew. Dorée trouble, col blanc. Arôme citronné, fruité moyen avec cette levure typique belge et un grains qui prend le dessus. Palais est malté, citronné moyen très belge pour un profil épais. Fleuri presque dans le mielleux pour une fine amertume de fin de bouche. Note herbacée montagneuse modérée suivi de grains.

Draught Small snowwhite, very dense and fine head over fully hazy straw-coloured beer. Grainy and grassy nose, fresh-smelling, but a little crude. More than a hint at yeastesters. Sweet, very grainy flavour, bit of milk-ripe grain. Hops are traceable retronasal, if pretty indifferent ones. Quite grist-slick, finish is a tad murky - unfinished tasting. Not very special, but exempt of brewingfaults, as well as of really disappointing features.

Sampled draft @ ZBF 2013. Hazy paler citrus golden with a white head. Sweet malts and grains in the nose, sweet BE yeast and white bread, fruity citrus fruits,… Taste is sweet grains, white bread, white sugar, citrus & tangerines, somewhat artificially sweet feel to it, bitter herbs and hint of grass,… Touch lower carb. hint ticker.

Little cloudy yellowish beer, creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: grains, very yeasty, fruity, peaches, orange peel, sweet ripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, peaches, citrus, orange peel, little bitter, floral, grassy. Aftertaste: floral, very yeasty, bit fruity, spices.
