Deep dark brown coloured body with a large tan head. Aroma of nuts, malt and very little else. Medium-bodied; Strong pungent raisins and nutmeg in the taste with malt and yeast rounding out the flavours. Aftertaste shows a bit more promise than most browns - this has some sugars and isn’t overly nutty. Overall, a better-than-average brown that should be sampled by those who don’t like nuts in their browns. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 29-September-2007.

Poured a watery looking maple brown from the bomber with almost no off white head. Malty aroma but also quite grainy, like a loaf of fresh baked bread. Very grainy and malt flavor, which I enjoyed alot. Sweet and maybe slightly bitter. Finish brings the roasted malt which is also sugary and sweet. This beer is easy to drink and can please a crowd. Might not be complex enough for the educated drinker.

Bomber. Well I will make this quick - this beer kind of sucks. The aroma is a burnt chocolate, actually offensive a bit. Taste is hollow roast. Imagine a roasty flavor with all the positive aspects removed. A completely water-like aftertaste. This is my second Rock Art beer and possibly my last.
