Bottle. Pours a fizzy pale yellow with a fizzy head and aromas of lemon grass and light honey. Flavor has a heavy lemon side to it and is fairly sweet. Light mouthfeel and lots of carbonation.

Coriander in the aroma. Lightly spiced wit, just a little citrus. Fairly sweet, and a cloudy appearance. Not too bad.

I tell you what, this gets no respect. What is the problem with you people? This beer pours a beautiful hazy pale yellow color, almost berliner weisse like. Definitely unfiltered but not all soot-ed up. Has a small but long lasting head. Aroma is perfect for the style, strong on esters. I get coriander right away, not in your face but a pleasant earthy natural-ness that it can give off. Then comes the banana-bubblegum, oh its nice, and a bit milky as well, which is cool. There are light citrus beams throughout as well. The earthy/natural coriander and the esters tease and play with my nostrils, I like it. Taste is nice but just doesn’t live up to the hype of the nose. The coriander comes out a little more and the esters take a bit of a backseat (but actually come alive in the aftertaste). With the coriander upfront it kind of thins out the beer and make it seem a bit empty. But it goes down super easy without seeming too watery, which I think may have to do with the oats. Drinking this makes me wish it was summer already. When I was a kid I got no respect.

The time I was kidnapped, and the kidnappers sent my parents a note they said, "We want five thousand dollars or you’ll see your kid again."

12oz, bottled about March 26th, 2009, Unibroue Blanche de Chambly flute glass.

16 oz draft at Auntie Maes in Manhattan, Kansas. Pour is hazy gold white with no head really at all. Aroma initially of not too much, we were in kind of a dank smoky basement. Eventually got some lemon / lime citrus. Taste is sweet crisp orange / lemon / lime citrus and wheatiness. Refreshing, clean and tasty. Citric finish, this tasted really fresh. Palate is thin without being watery. Thanks Jeff for the info on where your beer was on, well worth seeking out.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is very faint with only some yeast standing out. Flavor is weak and watery with only a small amount of cirtus comeing to the fore front. Pretty weak all around.
