Bottle at home, courtes of Cuso, thanks a lot! BBD: 2018 Jan. Pours deep brown with beige head. Nose is a lovely mix of honey and chocolate, molasses and light coffee, very much like a BA stout of some kind. Really surprising, haha. Taste is coffee and honey, chocolate and toffee. Closes with honey and dark chocolate, light sweetness from the honey and the booze, and some bitterness from the roasted malts. Light but not thin body, yet somehow it’s full of flavours. Light carbonation too. Surpringly alright for a macro beer.

Spadziowy miod iglasty, piekna spora zolto-bezowa piana trwala, oblepiajaca szklo, brazowa barwa z refleksami ciemnej czerwieni niczym Bikaver. Bottle from Tesco. Open for lunch preps. Almost ideal for the job. Strong honey and malts on a nose. Taste sweet, lightly bitter. Good sipper. Excellent if you consider this is coming from Heineken.

Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, very adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of cuberdon flavour (forest fruit flavoured candy from Ghent) when opening the bottle, later on caramel, bit sweet, soft roast, dried fruits, more caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice roast, caramel, bit sweet, lots of chocolate, some mocha, hint of ripe banana, pretty sweet. Aftertaste: lots of caramel, prunes, milk chocolate, sweet, soft roast, mocha, little bitter.
