A splendidly peppered beer made from fresh jalepeno peppers. Created for those with a spicy palate.

Draft. A- Jalapeno. A- Gold color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Jalapeno, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Huge thanks to ozzy70 for finally getting me to Jaipur to tick one of my last Nebraska breweries and one I clearly took for granted I'd make it to and just never go. This was perhaps one of the best pepper beers I've had. Well balanced and honestly not too spicy. Could probably drink a full pint and not feel heartburn afterwards. The jalapeno slice definitely adds extra heat. Rating #4,300 overall and #1,000 Nebraska beers. It's done!

Oh yeah. Finally get a chance to drink this. Drank half a growler over a celebratory evening. Orange clear color. Small to no head. The beer is very nice pepper beer. Malts a slightly sweaty sweet but plenty of room to clear out for the pepper. A good green pepper flavor with a great little burn. Not to strong but felt all over the throat for a while. Thanks a lot Mat for getting this for me.

10 oz pour at the brewpub in Omaha, Nebraska. Garnished with a jalapeno slice, awesome. The pour is golden, mostly clear, with almost no head. There are a bunch of carbonation bubbles, perhaps from the pepper. The aroma is vegetal, grain, and pepper spice. Taste is toasted malt, than turns to the fresh japalepno, gently spiced, then increases through the finish, burns the lips a little bit. Base ale works well with the spice, malt without any sweetness. Palate light to medium bodied, dry, spice finish build nicely through the finish. Really solid pepper beer.
