The Brown Bink is the 2nd Bink Beer to be brewed here, since 1997. This drinking beer goes down well with the amateurs of dark beer. The ingredients are: four types of malt, one type of Belgian hops, brewing water and yeast. Our Brown Bink is a full, softly bitter beer with a sweetish aftertaste of maltiness.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Very very dark brown with thin beige head. Syrupy malt in mouth. Quite syrupy, but quite thin at the same time. Bit of unculturedness. Bit unbalanced. Just too syrupy on the malts.

Bottle from Bier Tempel, Brussels. Deep mahogany with a tight white head. Aroma of prunes, dried figs and treacle. Flavour started sweet with a burnt, caramelised edge. Finish was a bit syrupy. Ok.

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm
Beautiful mahogany color; creamy head. The aroma is a good mix of malt, caramel, woody sourness and light fruitness. Good body structure, with a very good mix of flavors: sweet malt, caramel, some toffee, very light fruitness to make it more dynamic, and correct bitterness. Very good.

Pours deep amber into a tulip. Off-white head quickly recedes to puddle surface. Sour and malty. Makes me tired.

Pour is a brown with a small tan head. Aroma is caramel, brown sugar and toffee. Flavor is sweet and very spicey with some smokyness in there. An ok little beer. Nothing really great but is was a notch above the blond.
