Bottle 0,75ltr: Very black brew from Berlin, have something rough over it. Taste of coffee, roasted malts and hints of earthy potato or something like that.

Bottle. Almost black. This beer smells indeed like roast and potato crisps (ready salted). Malty roasty salty flavor with potato crisps. Very interesting beer.

Einfach lecker.

Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of chocolate, malts,, potato, roasted malts and slight aroma touches of a brett infection. Rather sour flavour, loads of sauerkraut. Sour finish.
This seems to be the n-th bottle of Brewbaker that I tried that is infected. Is it their style? If that’s the case, I’m not getting it.
(From 75cL bottle @ RBBSG II, Wilrijk. Courtesy of Sebletitje. Thanks!)

75cl bottle courtesy of Tomaz who brought it back from Berlin. Gusher alert with infection notes upon opening.

Taste: sourish start, some chocolate, mocha, coffee, sour berries, little bitter. Aftertaste: sour, rotten berries, infected, pretty nasty.
