Bottle 750ml. @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Place Fontainas 8, Brussels, Belgium 1000.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet nutty, grain, dusty malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121005]

Hazy red amber color; creamy head. The aroma is very fruity, yellow stone fruits. Body and mouthfeel are weaker than expected; caramel flavor, bold bitterness, some fruity trace in the flavor too; the final is fruity again, and correctly bitter.
The aroma is very nice, the rest is less elegant.

Clear orange to amber beer, big aery off-white to light beige head, big bubbles, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: some sweet malts, caramel, ripe sweet exotic fruits, mango, citrus, some passion fruits, pineapple, bit metallic. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, malty start, pretty fruity, citrus, some sour pineapple, bit metallic, bitter. Aftertaste: citrus, bit grassy, grapefruit, bitter ending, bit watery.

15 cl. draft thx to ajax25g @ Delirium Hoppy Loft //apricot amber with a nicely lacing white head // aroma is a blend of malts carrying caramel sweetness with floral hops, nice & even blend // taste the caramel & malts (more separate with more caramel overtones than just caramel malts) blends with a substantial fruity character, peaches, apricot,… flowers, sweeter upside, nicely balanced going over into floral hop overtones in the finish, getting a touch grains in here as well // smooth, easily drinkable, this a quite good beer

Draft @ Délirium Hoppy Loft. Une bière orangée sur un léger trouble avec un col léger beige. Arôme est malté avec un caramel léger suivi par un houblon fruité voire fleuri. En bouche, malté sur une note fraîche de houblon fleuri, profile reste plus centré sur un ajout d’amertume léger laissant percer des notes de citron prenant un peu le dessus sur le malt. Ce dernier reste en fin de bouche donnant un léger côté grains/sec. Malt pâle, cara et l’on retrouve ici un profile typique de chez Rulles. La bière reste légère et facile à boire, tout comme la Grande 10, je m’attendais à qcq chose de plus excentrique pour célébrer l’anniversaire.
