Dunkel. Using our signature method of brewing with Santorini honey and citrus medica. This exquisite light black wheat lager, a private reserve is inspired by the black cliffs of Santorini. The flavour is light, crisp and fresh in contrast to its deep colour.

330 ml bottle. Clear dark amber body with a medium sized, dense, lacing off-white head. Aroma has mild roasted malt, coffee and toast. Flavor has mild roasted, dark malt, caramel, hint of coffee, hint of dry fruit and liquorice, moderate bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Smooth, rather uncomplicated, but balanced and pretty nice actually.

Clear deep dark brown colour, average frothy light tan head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Malty aroma, dark fruits, light caramel, milk chocolate, some licorice, salty notes. Taste medium to light heavy sweet, very light bitter, licorice. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste mediums sweet, light bitter notes, rather thin lager but drinkable.

12 oz bottle at a cafe in Oia, 5/29/15
Clear cola brown color, thin head and minimal lace. Roasted coffee and dark wheat aroma. Flavour is on the sweet side but not overly sweet with a clean dry roasted finish. Overly carbonated.

Bottle @ The Unholy Trinity Meets Again, Sønderborg. Pours hazy coffee brown with airy off-white head. Sourish aroma with notes of yeast, and grainy and malty touches. Sourish flavour with sweetish notes of caramel malt and hoppy touches. Hints of fruit. Sourish aftertaste. Tastes off despite not being in the vicinity of the BBD. Disappointing.

Smooth dark and chocolate beginning. Fresh with mild yeast. Not much roast, but dark and dry caramel. The mainpart is round, nice fresh chocolate, mild yeasty in the aftertaste. Great brew!
