A special release of our Saison Provision, this beer was aged on a mix of whole yellow and white peaches for three months. Delicious redolent fruit flavours married with our classic house acidity gives us a beer to truly savour.

Pours a very clear, light pale yellow. Nearly no head. Scent is funky, raw, intense, mildly woody, some fruityness (peach) but relatively low on the fruits. Taste is full. Starts of sharp, acidic, but very balanced between the sours. Not overly lactic, acetic,... Than turns very malty. The peaches gives complexity and a fine undertone, but aren't prominent. I had the base before (multiple times) and boy is this an improvement. Top shelve material right here.

On tap at Craft Beer Junction Bermondsey. Hazy gold colour no head sour peach yoghurt aroma. Good fruit. Decent sour. Light yoghurt presence. I thought an ok fruited sour. Good solid real fruit flavour bit too sour to be pleasant

BXL ‘19. Hazy golden with a minimal off white head. Aroma of perfume, citrus, peach and light funk. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at BXL festival. Bit hazy light yellow golden with white head. Tart peach, wheat, soft yeast, lactic notes, light dry leaves. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Nice!!

Bottle, 750 ml shared at Arrogant sour tasting. Hazy orange, medium white head. Lots of peaches, funk, fruity, juicy, tart. Very smooth and gentle sourness. Medium bodied.
