From old tasting notes. Deep ruby red color. Small white head. Intensely sweet cherry aroma. Bittersweet cherry fruit flavor has a tangy, yeasty flavor. Nicely done.

At Zythos 2017. Pours clear dark ruby. Aroma is soft cherry, slightly rusty, rather soft, some barrel. Body is medium, sweet, only a little sour. Rather artificial cherry flavours. Palate is sweet cherries. Good.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2017. Klare orange braune Farbe. Geruch nach Kirschen, säuerlich holzig. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Kirschen, trocken holzig.

Bottle. Clear ruby color with white head. Aroma is cherry skin, tart. Taste is cherries, tart, a bit sweet cherries. Medium carbonation.

At Bruges Beer Fest 2017. Pours clear red with a small pink head. Smells of lambic. The aroma also contains cherries and sugar. It tastes medium sweet and medium sour. Short finish, fizzy carbonation. Expected more, Lindemans Kriek is in any case tastier.

250 ml bottle, not sure where I got it, possibly from Matkroken Stokka. BB date 26.03.14. ABV is 4.5%. Deep red colour, small off-white / pinkish head. Strong aroma of sour cherries, almond essence and marzipan. Moderately sour, fairly sweet and very fruity flavour, with loads of cherries and almond essence. Would like some more acidity and less residual sugar.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear Amber with small beige head. Aroma is light cherries, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart rich cherries.
