70 cl bottle. Unclear pale golden to yellow body with a thin, very short lived head. Aroma of acidic yellow and green apples, some wood and funk. Flavor is light apple, quite tart, some lemon, wood and light funky. Not very complex, very easy drinkable but some sour/acidic qualities that makes this extremely refreshing. Medium to light bodied and tart aftertaste.

Igjen er vi samlet til godt RBHD-lag på Tau hos seremonimester Melberg, som innleder dettte stilfulle arrangementet med en cider (!). 0,7 flaske med naturkork. Helt uklar strågul uten antydning til skumdannelse. Mer smak enn aromaen tilsier, men på tross av sine 6 ABV overbeiser den ikke. Frisk og syrlig, men ettersmaken er heller kort.

Shared 700 ml green bottle, corked but not caged. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Still cider, just a hint of carbonation. Some sediment in the bottle. Golden colour, slightly hazy. Nice apple aroma, hints of sulphites. Fresh and dry apple flavour, moderate sulphites.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Tau 25.07.19. Translucent pale straw colour. No head. Refreshing aroma and taste of will apples and orchard apples. Dry. Good!

Small bubbly shortlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, old cellar, oak, bark, sour apples, hay, sorrel, minerals, thinner, apple cores. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, oak, sour apples, grass, hay, weeds, sorrel, mild vinegar, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

750ml. Slightly slick and sweet apple skins. Tart and funky aroma. Flavor is tart and sour apple candy. A little sweetness still stick around. Typical low carb cider.

Botella 70 cl tierra astur colloto 18..01..2017. Lote 256. (r09). Color amarillento ligera espuma sabores ácidos no muy intensos ligeras manzanas verdes y algo maduras. 6 vol. Normal.

Bottle at Tierra Astur. Quite pleasant natural sidra, this is a sessionable all-night drink. Subtle yet complex, rather mild in way of basic flavours but carefully balanced - dry, but not overly so with balancing sweetness to the sourness, bitter/tartness.
