Thx. to Martinus for sharing this one & the additional info. // 33 cl. bottle sampled @ Tim’s De Molen & assorted beers tasting // label looks like the cover of a cheesy power metal album cover // pours amber with a creamy white head // nose is typically German which is quite funny because you go out of your way or get pumped about trying an Icelandic beer & the taste & smell is just totally German // smell of German lager / yeast thing, flowers, touch apples & caramel // taste is German, bock, lager, bitter floral, apples, flowers, dark bread, touch dull // easy to drink bock mouthfeel // agreable

Clear aber colour, white head. Aroma of lager yeast, malts, caramel, sweetness, light fruity note. Sweet malty flavour, caramel. Only a touch of bitterness. Dry sweet malty finish.
Big on the munich malts. It has a very German feel to it.
(From 33cL bottle at the DMT @ Tim’s living, Gent. Brought from the Vatnajokull visitors centre.)

33cl bottle, shared with 77ships, Martinus and Tderoeck. Thanks Tinus. BB 20.04.2013.
