330ml bottle as 'La Thiriez Bio', from Brasserie Thiriez, Esquelbecq. Pours a misty blonde, fluffy white head. Fresh malty aroma, some hop zest. Taste is fresh, balanced blond territory with a lovely soft sweetness carrying through. Excellent blonde.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Funky saison like aroma. Some peach. Some hop quite easy drinking but interesting at the same time. A little meat on aroma. Good yeast and hops. Decent.

330 mml bottle tasted on 27/06/2014. Light orange colour with a little but compact white head. Aroma is intense on floral and fruity. Taste is sweet with malt and citrus flavour. More citrus on the aftertaste. Light carbonation and light to medium body. A little watered on mouth but refreshing and smooth aftertaste. Next one please!

Dobre swieze i ekologiczne piwo. O przyjemnym swiezym aromatem. Chmiel aromatyczny. W smaku delikatne a zarazem wyraziscie swiezo chmielowe, slodowe ale nie slodkie. Bojna i spora biala piana. Zlociste ale metne i to porzadnie. Delikatne i latwe w konsumpcji piwo Bio.

Bottle that was about 2 years past its drink-by. Will still rate it, because it was good and interesting that way. Cloudy blonde with a nice low head. Big grapefruit nose, barnyard funkiness which certainly came with aging. Light malts as well. Tart, citrus flavors, not much hops left at all, but barnyard and some sweet bready malts. Crisp, light body. This made me think about the whole deal with BA saisons. They taste like this fresh, but with more hops. This truly is an agable beer.
