33 cl. bottle @ home. Purchased @ Willems. BBF 10/01/2014. Brewed for 50 year of the Parade of Canteclaer in Deinze. Which took place on 13/05/2012 according to the bottle so this is from 2012? Fun label – like it. Golden, bubbles rising with a small white head. Sweet yeast, corn & somewhat off citrus in the nose, very heavy odd semi-German-style banana in the nose, white sugar. Taste is banana, fish guts (yes, I get that in some German style brews), not sure why I am picking up the German connections but it reminds me both of BE stuff & Hefe’s, white sugar sweet, very sweet white bread, malts, light sweet spices – I am not getting any hops in here like the other reviews but that might be due to the age. Lively carb. Not bad, simple, sweet, etc. but certainly enjoyable.

Aliasbottle thx to benzai. Hazy golden colour with a huge white head. Smells malts, fresh, grassy, slightly banana, herbs. Tastes malty, fresh, slightly iron, herbs, slightly grassy. There are so many beers just like this. It’s decent but doesn’t have unique features. Medium body, great carbo.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, spicy, sugary - candy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, yeast, sweet, spicy yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Late Night Fonefan/Brugmansia Tasting, January 2013. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Yeast, baking powder and alcohol. Sweet.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an almost clear golden with a lacing white head. Fruity, yeasty and phenollic nose - VERY Belgian. Solid body, yeasty and fruity with quite some late hops. 040112

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Phenolic, light metallic and mild cornish. Ends dry and phenolic.

33cl bottle @ home. Clear dark golden color, full sized white to off-white head that leaves fair lacing. Smell malts, some fruits, slightly herbal hoppyness. Taste malts, slightly sweet, lightly herbs and lightly some fruits towards the end. Medium a bit fizzy carbonation, medium body. Decent brew.

Little cloudy blond beer, big rocky off-white head, pretty stable, continuously fed by a lot of small bubble streams in the glass, little adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, citric hops, bit of cleaning product, soapy. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: citric start, little sugary, grassy hops, gentle bitterness, some spices. Aftertaste: little soapy, candi sugar, little bitter.
