Sampled from tap at FDDB 2018. Hazy, straw yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, spicy, slightly floral and a bit fruity aroma of coriander, orange peel and a touch of banana. Quite sweet, minimally bitter, spicy, floral, slightly fruity and a little yeasty taste of coriander, banana, vanilla and some orange peel, followed by a short, just slightly bitter, a bit yeasty, moderately spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Samea ja läpinäkymätön, hailakankeltainen, hieman ruskeaan taittuva olut. Vaahtoaa kohtalaisesti jättäen pienehkön, mutta hyvin tiiviin ja puhtaanvalkoisen vaahtokerroksen. Myös pitsiä jää kivasti lasin reunoille. Tuoksu on viljainen ja kukkainen, kevyen hiivainen ja appelsiininen. Maku viljainen, belgihiivainen, appelsiininen ja kivasti pisteliään humaloitu, jonka myötä myös varsin raikas. Vaikka suutuntuma on melko kevyt, on olut samalla kokonaisvaltaisen "täyteläinen" ja suun täyttävä. Loistava maitokauppaolut.

Bottle. Has a hazy yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, hay, soap and coriander. The flavor is quite similar. Has a soft and slick mouth feel, medium body, and a light bitterness. A great wit. Well balanced and fresh.

500ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium off-white head. Aroma of orange, coriander, milk. Taste is wheat, citrus, coriander. Soft carbonation.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is citric, zesty, wheaty, with coriander. Citric and spicy flavor, quite classic for the style. Finishes with a bitterish note. Light to medium-bodied, lively carbonation.
