33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Mild yeasty and light spiced aroma. Citric to acidic flavoured with a mild orange to citrus fruity flavoured, yeasty and hoppy fruity yet also with a light milky note. Seems slight off. Citric finish.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Hazy bright golden, rich firm head. Minerally yeasty nose. Grass hodes under fruit and yeast yphenols. Medium bodied with well rounded grainy malt and notes of dough. Growing late bitterness.

75cl Bottle, label says Borefts Verjaardagsbier. Golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of oranges, yeast, malts. Flavour is dry, flowery, oranges, malts, a hint of some other fruits. Medium bodied, dry finish. OK, but not great.

Bottled as "De Molen Blond"
Amber-nut brown color, small off-white head. Honey sweet aroma. Sourish, a bit yeasty, evident candy sugar. Grassy hopping. Weird, especially that sourness.

Bottle, 6.5% as De Molen Goudse Kuijt. Refreshingly sour hop aroma. Hazy orange colour, small white head and small floaties. The flavour is a bit watery, yeasty, fruity and vinous. Quite yeasty aftertaste. Not very flavourful, but OK. Reminds me of a pils. 6 3 5 3 13
Bottle 6.5% as De Molen Blond. Fruity aroma, acidic in the good way. Slightly hazy amber colour, small white head. The flavour is lot like the aroma, fruity with some lemony citric notes. Hint of yeast in the flavour. Nothing spectacular, but well-balanced and refreshing. 6 3 6 3 14
