This is a New England-style IPA. This time we led with fruity German varieties
(Mandarina Bavaria, Hull Melon & Blanc), mixed in with Mosaic and Ekuanot. It’s been fermented on our house yeast for big sticky esters, and finishes rich with a lot of nuanced, balanced flavours.

Can at home, Nivala. Color is deep golden with very small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, peaches and some sourness.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, slightly thin and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light but nicely sweet malts, a touch of creamy sweetness. Bright fruity hops. Bright orange and mandarin, a little spicy too boot. A little HB grape if you are looking for it. Trace of peachy tropical fruits on the light finish. Everything gels very well indeed. Light, crisp and plenty hoppy. Could drink this all night.

ABV: 6.5%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, warm fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, wheat, vanilla, canned fruit, fruity, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20200705]

Can sourced from Beerdome and shared at home (13/06/2020) - hazy yellow pour with a white head. Juicy fruity with notes of mango, grapefruit, gooseberry, some tangerine, touch of citrus rind bitterness, sweet malty backing, assertive hoppy finish. Tasty and drinks well.

Can @ Home. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, pineapple, citrus. Flavor is sweet, light bitter., malt, fruit, tropical fruit, peachy, pineapple, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. 250520

Can shared at tasting. Hazy pale yellow color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly grassy, lightly citrusy, hops, a bit sweetish but still quite alright. I like this one. Nice.

Fles gedeeld door Benzai en gedronken met Keukenman en Tomhendriksen. Bleek geel troebel bier met matig schuim dat snel weg trekt. Aroma en smaak is hoppig. Nasmaak is fruitig en bitter.

Blik gedeelt door Benzai, geprobeerd met Inoven en Keukeman. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een harsige en hoppige geur. De smaak is ook harsig en hoppig.
