Northern England and Northern Scotland unite for this New England IPA. A Transatlantic juice bomb of flavour. Pours as bright and hazy as a Vermont morning with massive fruit aromas. Sweet and juicy taste with tropical fruit, big pineapple, stonefruit and a dash of coconut. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a smoother session.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a lacing, white head. Pleasant if not overwhelming tropical hop aroma. Light body, a dry fruitiness, yeasty and chalky with hardly any hop bitterness. An easygoing and very drinkable Session beer. 010522

Can from the Scottish brewer. Nose is lemony, gentle orange and lime, hints of peach and mango. Taste is dry lemon, hints of orange and grapefruit, leading to a light herbal and gently pithy finish. Very thin body but drinkable. It's massively off style, but makes a pleasing enough beer. I would not have bought a beer from the brewer personally,.

Can, Pivoljub. Extra hazy yellow golden, medium white head, creamy and lasting. Strong hoppy nose, ripe fruits, lots of resin and pine notes, nice creamy coconut in the back. Mildly bittery, quite citrusy. Slight sweet touch. Peppery finish, lasting aftertaste. Light body. Fresh and nicely drinkable. Very nice.

440ml can. Hazy golden orange, white head. Aroma of mandarins, grapefruit, stone fruits. Taste is slightly sweet, juicy mandarins, peaches, grapefruit, slightly floral, low bitterness. Light-medium body, carbonation a little on the high side. Surprisingly decent for a supermarket beer, and a BrewDog one at that - doesn't have that horrible BrewDog twang either.

Can from Goblet. Murky yellow body, white head. Tropical notes in the aroma, along with citric notes, quite distinct, sweetish, light maltiness. Lean, soft taste, sweet tropical fruit and peach ice tea, lychee, light lime, no bitterness, lightly herbal touches, bit chalky near the finish, no bitterness. Solid, good, bit forgettable.

Yellowish and hazy with a frothy head. Juicy, tropical aroma, mostly pineapple, citrus and fruit candy. A little air time brings modest hints of perspiration. Taste is bitter with a touch of oatmeal sweetness underneath. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Refreshing. Not bad.
