Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Amber brown colour with reddish tinge, afew beige foam bubbles on top and aroma of berries, cherry, funk, acetic. Taste is sweet and sour, tart fruity, berry hints, funky, oak with citric rind and salty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying soured finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A hazed brownish copper coloured pour with a lasting a khaki head. Aroma is semi sweet, jammy, cinnamon, greenish apple, bruised citrus. Bruised grape. Spicy. Brown sugars. Spicy funk. Palate is crisp and tart, spicy funk.

Bottle at Gainsbar. Red brown colour, small golden head . Aroma is sour, big cherry, almonds, red wine, oak. Taste is nice. Sour cherry, bit of booze, whiskey element. Nice and drinkable. Very nice sour beer.

ACBF 2012. Ash, caramel, oak and hints of whisky in the aroma. Sour oaky flavor with caramel, vinous but also whisky notes. Very complex. maybe a bit thin. Alcoholic. A Rodenbach on steriods.

22/10/2016 @home - 75cl bottle from a trade with tderoeck (thank you very much!!!) (4 months overdue). Thick red brown colour with medium head that fades away quickly. Nose is sour, cherries, wood, dar malts. Taste is sour, dark malts, cherries, wood, red wine, dry. Lovely!!!

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, oak, minerals, mild vinegar, grass, weeds, hay, soil, thinner, burnt caramel. Taste is dry, oak, bark, weeds, minerals, grass, mild vinegar, hay, berry skin. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

One of the many ’composite’ beers of Alvinne, a blend of Morpheus Dark with Kerasus. Off-white, fairly unstable foam, colour a dark, misty burgundy brown. Aroma sourish and woody, sour cherries, sour cream, white grapes, balsamic vinegar, caramel... Sour and lively fruity taste, lactic acid, caramel malts, toasted and woody accents, hay, finish complex, dryingly sourish, lightly roasted, full with some warming alcohol. Complex as expected and not badly balanced.
