Bottle 0,33ltr: Tripel with Ginseng, not bad at all. Hazy yellow colour, spicey /fruity taste and now i must found out what the ginseng-taste is.

Golden color with chunks of yeast. Sligjtly soapy aroma, citric with hints of toffee. Citric flavor with something vegetable-like, that must be the ginseng root. Light soapy herbal aftertaste. Not too bad.

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of grass, banana, citrus and ginseng. Earthy. Bitter hoppy finish. Decent.

Bottle at home. I only know ginseng from those Monster energy drinks, but I really doubt that the taste of that contains anything at all of ginseng... Pours clear blonde, small white head collides fast. Smell is intense cooked vegetables. Taste is rather dry, vegetables ( cooked, once again, like ground-type vegetables ). some bitter sidetone as well as sweet notes. not my type of taste. not really balanced either.

Spice beer with ginseng; snow white, regular, fairly thick head, pale yellowish golden blonde colour, cloudy. Aroma of sweet malts, apple, peach, liquorice-like, resinous and earthy spiciness which I suppose is the ginseng, lemon, hay, grass. Restrained fruity sweetness like the Amber, quickly drying under a sharp, resinous, medicinal spiciness like coughing syrup, medium hop bitterish finish. Out of balance but kind of in-your-face and certainly unique, the kind of beer you either love or hate. I kind of appreciated its special profile.

Weird, don’t know what to make of it. The spices are nice, but don’t work too well with the other ingredients.

Bottle @ home thx to benzai. Hazy, misty yellow with a full white head. Little to no smell, mostly some herbs and spices. Tastes herbs and spices, malts, kinda weird. Thin to medium body, quite a lot of carbo.

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Murky opaque yellowish color, medium sized white head. Smell malts, slightly herbs and spices. Taste malts, lightly citrussy, lightly herbs and spices. Low to medium body and carbonation.

33cl bottle.
