Bamberg Bash Day 2. Train bottle swig. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is smooth with good minerally carbonation. Smooth wheaty malt. Little spice. Mild tangerine and banana ester. Light dry finish. Tasty.

500ml Flasche. Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner cremigen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig nach Banane, minimal würzig.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle from Fassla shared on the S1 train to Buttenheim, 25/01/14. Murky yellow with a good sized off white head. Nose is lemon rind, toffe, spices, light banana, grassy. Taste comprises earthy notes, clove, banoffee pie, bread dough, light citrics and spice. Medium bodie, fine carbonation, semi drying finish. Ok hefe but not in the trad mold.

0.5l botttle. Hazy light golden body, white head. Aroma of lemon juice, bread and some earthyness. Taste of bread, lemon juice and banana. Decent weizen.

Pours is a cloudy yellow. Aroma is very yeasty with banana and spice. Flavor is a decent helping of cloves followed by some banana and creamy vanilla.

Tap @ Fassla. Cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Pretty spicy, banana, clove yeasty aroma. Fairly acidic, apple, banana, yeasty, fruity flavor.

Bottle from brewery. Bottle. hazy yellow color with huge white head. Aroma of wheat with banana hints. Taste, quite sour with lemon, clove light banana notes. Bittersweet finish. I am disappointed, because dunkles Weizla was fine.
