50cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Hazy golden yellow colour, creamy pillowy white head. Aroma of raw wheat, grain, citrus, yeast, earth, cardboard. Flavour is wheat, citrus, lemony sweetness, banana, hint of peach, malt, nice light hoppy bitter finish. Light bodied, suitable carbo. Good Weizen.

Bottle shared on the train during day 2 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours cloudy, matte yellow with a creamy white head. Good wheat character, bread, mild yeast, dried banana. Light bodied with fine carbonation and smooth texture. Smooth finish as well, with plenty of dry and crispy wheat. Tasty.

Bottle at the brewpub - Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Cloves, lemon, banana and some earthy notes in the aroma. Tangy and zesty taste with lemon, orange, cloves and banana standing out. Refreshing.

Bamberg jolly day 2 25/01/2014. Bottle shared on train. Bright yellow pineapple juice looking/ Aroma is light spritzy banana, bubblegum. Flavour is crisp bready malts, wheat and bubble gum yeast esters. Doughy grainy palate. Tasty beer.
