Unser helles Hefeweißbier mit der Original-Flaschengärung hat einen feinen, spritzigen Charakter, ist etwas hefeblumig und hat mit der angenehmen Hopfenbittere eine weiche champagnerartige Note. Es ist frisch prickelnd und hat ein typisch obergäriges, fruchtaromatisches Aroma.

6/VII/24 - on tap, shared @ Fässla Stub'n (Bamberg, DE), BB: n/a (2024-509)

Pretty cloudy light yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: banana, lots of bubble gum, slightly fruity, a little malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, lots of banana peel, gentle bitterness, slightly sweet. Aftertaste: a bit sweet, lots of banana, a bit oxidized, malty, some bubble gum.

Weicher, mild süßer Beginn. Etwas hefig, moderat bananig, geringe Herbe, süffig. Mittellanger Abgang, gut trinkbar. 9/7/8/8/9/8

25 September 2023. At Zum Kachelofen, Bamberg. Shared with the lovely Anke!

A: hazy yellow, stable, white head.
A: banana, apple, nutmeg, wheat.
T: sweetish apple, banana, sourish wheat, spices.
F: soft floral hops, wheat, spices.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Bit too spicy for its own good.

Helle Farbe, schöne Trübung. Säuerlich, fruchtig-herb (insbesondere grüner und roter Apfel), die Hefe spielt geschmacklich auch eine große Rolle. Ein Hauch von Sekt, Cidre und Molke fliegt vorbei. Kohlensäure in der oberen Hälfte. Recht erfrischend. Gut.

Draught @ the brewpub, Bamberg. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and banana, with touches of yeast and hops. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with pronounced notes of banana and touches of hops. Estery and bananalike aftertaste with hoppy touches. Decent.

Van tap bij Kachelofen in Bamberg gedeeld. Banaan, zuurtje, weeïg, zoet, süffig, fruitig. (5-9-2021).

From tap at Kachelofen, Bamberg, 05.08.21. Milky pale straw colour. Persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of wheat and curacao orange peel. High carbonation.
