0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before December 2025. Hazy, golden amber with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, clove and some honey. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy taste of grains, banana, clove and light honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit chalky finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Decent Weizen.

Smooth, slightly sweetish and fruity with hints of banana, hay, wheaty maltiness and yeastiness. Soft and easy going, quite balanced.

Bottle at Kopernikus. Hazy golden. Banana, mostly the brown squishy version, cream, spices. Full, creamy banana mouthfeel, but metallic dry, spices. Refreshing.

Ein richtig gutes Hefeweizen. Ein voller, fast sättigender Körper, betont würzig, malzig, bananige Frucht, cremig-sahniges Mundgefühl, ziemlich hefig, spritzige Kohlensäure, leicht süßlich. Insgesamt sehr stimmig.

Аромат конечно банановый, с намеком на фруктовое пюре, цветочные нотки, собственно сама пшеничка, дрожжи есть но совсем капля. Пена просто как вулкан взорвалась из бокала из за карбонизации. Само пиво питкое, очень приятное, во вкусе не просто бананы а скорее его пюре, немного схоже с Weihenstephan по эстетике, что делает его уникальным. Послевкусие сливочное, дрожжей почти нет, но есть немного от хмеля, не горчинка а скорее сухость но явно с хмелевым оттенком. Алкоголя нет, есть кстати намеки на мед. В целом одна из лучших пшеничек.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is lots of banana with bready wheat, spicy yeast, clove, light citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body. Solid Hefe, well-rounded.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Pours a cloudy gold, small white head with nice retention. Aroma of sweetness, fruity banana, clove, citrus. Taste starts sweet with a rather basic malt note then it comes alive. Biscuit, yeast, fruity banana, clove, hint of citrus, creamy mouthfeel. Very nice indeed.

Bottle 0,5ltr: One good Bavarian Hefeweizen with the traditional appearance, hazy yellow/orange colours and fruity taste.
