19/07 On tap at the brewpub. It poured hazy golden body with small head. Typical lager aroma of bread malt and herbal hops. Fine, but watery flavor, slightly sweet bready, a bit grainy and dry herbal. Yeast is only slightly felt despite it’s unfiltered. A bit softer towards the end, pleasant smoother finish. Thin in body. More like a premium lager or a light pilsener than a helles, had shown some qualities but it didn’t turn my wheels.

RBESG ’12, Vienna. On tap at the brewpub. Golden colour, white head. This was a nice soft, smooth, floral and light lemony and hoppy Helles. Good stuff.

Lovely misty golden body. White head. Smells like fresh baked white bread dipped slightly in quality olive oil. Not a perfect thing for a beer. Ok nice herbal-cabbage, bready malty taste. Bit papery. Ok.
