Im Glas findet sich ein bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einem leichten Einschlag von Kupfer und einer sehr zarten Trübung. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone hält dabei ganz gut. Die Duftnoten gestalten sich malzig, aber interessanterweise auch hefig-bananig, wie man es eigentlich von Weizenbieren kennt. Dazu gesellt sich ein leicht estriger Einschlag. Gesamt betrachtet wirkt das schon etwas eigenartig und sehr untypisch. Dafür zeigt sich der Geschmack umso stiltypischer. Der Antrunk kommt weichspritzig, getreidig, spelzig, brotig, malzig. Am Gaumen setzten sich die brotig-malzigen Noten fort und eine angenehme, grasige bis heuige, trockene Hopfennote gesellt sich dazu. Also eher unkompliziert, aber absolut rund, harmonisch und stiltypisch. Auch wenn das weiche Mundgefühl in eine leichte Seifigkeit geht, darf man es als gut bezeichnen. Mit der Drinkability ist es das selbe. Im langlebigen Nachtrunk bleiben die Malzkomponenten gut erhalten. Sehr langsam stellt sich eine leicht zunehmende Herbe ein, welche mit der Zeit auch kräftig und sehr präsent ist.

Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, short malty sweetbitter aftertaste, husky notes, bit peppery on the tongue, nothing special but okay.

Relatively weakly carbonated, not very full-bodied, since it is an 11'. At first, you can only feel some bitterness with a tart hop flavor. As it permeates the tongue and you give it time, interesting fresh hop flavors can be felt in addition to the sour taste, and a little malty sweetness. It may be made from quality ingredients, they paid attention to that, but I felt a little disturbing yeastiness in this bottle, as if the lager yeast had not worked perfectly. A normal drinkable lager, but not outstanding, especially not as a pilsner.

Az újhullámos üveg és címke jól néz ki. A sör normál pale lager, hab elillant. Illata jfüves, gyantás, komlós, kicsit élesztős, közepes intenzitással. Viszonylag gyengén szénsavazott, nem túl testes, hiszen 11'-es. Elsőre csak valamennyi keserűséget érezni fanyar komlóssággal. Amint átjárja a nyelvet, és hagysz neki időt, a savanykás íz mellett érdekes friss komlós ízek érezhetők, és egy kis malátás édesség is. Minőségi alapanyagokból lehet, oda is figyeltek, de én egy kis zavaró élesztősséget éreztem ebben az üvegben, mintha a lager-élesztő nem dolgozott volna tökéletesen. Normál ivós-lager, de nem kiemelkedő, főleg nem pilseniként.
